Please note that during our busy season, order processing times will run 5-7 business days to package your order for regular ground shipping, plus transit time—1-3 days for West Coast destinations or 4-6 days for East Coast destinations. Allow up to 10-12 working days for delivery.
For expedited orders (Next Day Air or Second Day Air), instock orders that are recieved by 10:30 a.m. PST will usually ship on the following day (plus 1-2 days transit time) and orders recieved later in the day will ship in two business days (plus 1-2 days transit time). Next Day Air is priced for end-of-day delivery. Expedited orders placed over the weekend (after Friday at 10:30) will ship on Tuesday of the following week.
Allow additional time for C4 Pocketfolds (Anna Griffing/Fitzgraphics stock), and for special services such as custom cutting, drilling, or scoring. You'll have the option to select shipping options and see pricing on the page after the information section (but before you pay/checkout).
We try to post known long-term backorders (out-of-stock for over 4 weeks or undetermined delivery) on the "Papers" links above the swatches. In most cases your products will be shipped directly from the manufacturer, so we do not guarantee that products shown on this website are in stock nor can we guarantee exact shipping dates.
You may wish to call to check on product availabilty prior to ordering if you are on an extremely tight schedule.
For printed invitations allow 6-8 weeks total for completion of your project. E-mail proofs will require 5-7 working days for design & development, changes may take an indeterminate amount of time, depending on the number of changes you require, and production takes 2-4 weeks (this may vary depending on the complexity of the job, the paper being used, the type of printing and whether you have requested assembly). Also allow 2-3 days for shipping time to West Coast destinations or 4-5 days for East Coast destinations.
