- Susan & Chris: Gold & Mint Die-Cut Wedding Invitation
We’ve been so excited about this invitation, but had to wait to share because it was being published in a major wedding magazine – Style Unveiled Spring 2015 Issue. The wedding was featured both in the printed magazine and online!
But now it’s published and we can share… Here’s a close-up shot of the beautiful monogram featuring gold foil + mint letterpress on doublethick Crane Pearl White stock – LUXURIOUS!
The invitation stands out with a custom die-cut shape and features stunning hand calligraphy for the names. The whole suite was created by one of our favorite designers, Lisa Hladish, of Poppy Gray Designs/Paper Daisies, and printed by EnvelopMe.com.
(If you are a designer or have a designer creating your invitation files, we can make you look good! If you are not a designer or don’t have one, of course we can help you with both design and printing, or you can check out any of the designers we feature in our articles.) The RSVP Card… Also featuring cream foil on the gray reply envelope and the lovely hand calligraphy on both pieces.
A note on hand-calligraphy: When printing using hand-calligraphy instead of a font, the calligrapher hand-writes the original piece, then the art is digitized and vectorized so it can be printed. If you didn’t catch all of that, don’t worry. We can take care of all the technical “stuff” when it comes to making sure your invitation prints just how you want.
Here is the beautiful couple and the stunning setting of their wedding… ( Lauryn Prattes Events was the wedding planner for this gorgeous wedding.)

The die-cut menu also features foiled hand-calligraphy on double-thick Crane letterpress stock. After printing, the calligrapher wrote each guest’s name by hand at the bottom, so the menu doubled as a place card and unique keepsake for guests. She also hand-printed the matching seating cards and table numbers shown in the first picture.

This is definitely one of our favorite invitation suites we’ve done over the years, and we were so thrilled with the way the whole thing came together. Whether you’re a planning your invitations on your own, a wedding planner working with clients, or an invitation designer in need of professional print services, we’d love to work with you to help make your invitation dreams a reality!
